TRI Pension Services / ConsultingSal Tripodi is available for technical assistance by telephone. The charges for that service are $55 for the first five minutes, and an hourly rate ($300 per hour) for additional time. A $100 setup fee is required to establish a technical assistance account. The $100 set up fee is not applied toward technical assistance charges. For those who have established a technical assistance account, technical assistance can also be obtained through e-mail (cyberisa@aol.com). E-mail responses are billed at a minimum fee of $75, with an additional charge billed at $400 per hour for time after the first five minutes to prepare the response. Invoices for technical assistance charges are issued by e-mail on a monthly basis, for the technical assistance calls and e-mails provided in the prior calendar month. Where appropriate, responses to e-mail inquiries will be answered by telephone. Subject to time availability, we can respond in writing to technical issues, or provide technical review on projects. An hourly rate of $500 per hour is charged for such services. A subscription to The ERISA Outline Book is recommended if you plan to take advantage of the telephone technical assistance services.
